1967 CHEVELLE SS396

We just got in a very nice and very real "138" SS396 Chevelle! Built and restored by an Old School Street Racer who told us that this car was "Frame-Off" restored a few years ago but driven very little since completion and it was always pampered and stored in his climate-controlled garage. Not only can this car "WALK THE WALK" she can "TALK THE TALK" CHECK IT OUT!!

The body is super straight, super solid and super clean including the floors, trunk and frame and the base/clear "Marina Blue" (original code "F" Marina Blue car)) paint is slick and smooth with a deep luster and show-car shine. We just compounded and polished it and added a 1-year ceramic coating to protect it too! It also has all new chrome, trim and weatherstripping as well.

The factory bucket seat interior with original console and shifter was also restored new including custom made front and rear seat covers that look pretty cool! It also has new carpets, new door panels, headliner and dash pad too It is all VERY-VERY NICE!

Power comes from what we were told, is a professionally built 396/402 c.i. (CTB) big block engine that was supposed to have been bored (408 c.i.) and stroked using the some of the best parts money could buy. Unfortunately, we do not have any receipts to back it up however after our inspection (removing valve covers) the engine looks brand new inside. All we can say for sure is that this engine sounds nasty and runs super strong! It is backed by a crisp shifting TH-400 automatic transmission w/2800 rpm "Street Fighter" stall convertor and a 12 bolt posi rear w/3:73 gears.

Other features include power steering, power disc brakes (front only) new 17x8 front & 17x9 rear US MAG "RAMBLER" wheels with new "Nitto 555" tires, aluminum radiator, big tube headers w/brand-new 3" Flow-Master dual exhaust, MSD ignition system, new steering and suspension and a whole lot more!!

This real "138" SS396 Chevelle was very well done. It has been sorted and completely detailed and is ready to SHOW-N-GO!! DON’T MISS IT !!
