1999 BAJA 25’ OUTLAW
This beautiful boat originally came from the Raystown Lake area and has been a fresh water boat all it life and it shows! We purchased it a few years ago from the second owner who kept it at the Lake in a covered Boatel during the season and off-season in his garage at home in Pennsylvania. CHECK IT OUT!!
This boat is super clean and in like new condition inside and out! It has only 330 running hours on its hull and 320 of it was run in fresh water. I boat in the upper Chesapeake Bay in brackish water and stored it covered on my lift during the season and in my carport covered in the off season. There is virtually no stress cracks or scuffs on the hull and the gel-coat shines as new. I just buffed and polished it and added a ceramic coating to protect the shine for this upcoming season.
The interior is all original and in perfect condition with no rips or tears. The vinyl is still very soft and supple. It has front drop-down bolster seats and an electric lift engine hatch and snap out carpet too. All the gauges and lights work as they should including the factory depth finder and trim gauges. It is all very-very nice!
The engine is a multi-point fuel injected (MPI) 454c.i. 385h.p. Magnum big block that runs super strong and sounds awesome! We had it professionally rebuilt by our machine shop just last year. (receipt available) It has around 10 hours on it since being completely rebuilt and we cut no corners and spared no money on its build. All the internals were replaced new using the best money could buy and then all was balanced and blueprinted. We also replaced all the fuel injectors, water pumps (engine and pick-up) thermostat, all belts and hoses, the tensioner pulley, cap, rotor, wires, plugs, fuel filters, water separator, and pretty much anything else that could possibly fail while out on the water. It also has Eddie Marine Thunder exhaust and risers with Captains Choice thru-hull exhaust too. We also re-sealed the Bravo I outdrive and replaced the gimble bearing, bellows boot and shift cable and boot. The boat comes with 2 stainless steel props, a 23 pitch "Mirage Plus" 3-blade and a fresh out of the prop shop labbed finished 22-pitch "Bravo" 4-blade that i have not run on the boat yet. This boat runs in the mid to upper 60’s at 6000 RPM in perfect conditions and will cruise around 50 mph at 4000 RPM and that’s with the 3 blade prop. Speed is unknown with the 4 blade but a 4 blade Bravo prop typically has a much better hole shot, mid-range and they handle way better too. (JUST SAYING)
The features of this boat include dual-ram trim tabs, and factory am-fm stereo and marine speakers, 2 new batteries, and a new high-volume bilge pump. It also comes with a cockpit cover and a full winter cover too. Both are not new but are still very functional. It also comes with an "Eagle" drive-on trailer that is painted to match the boat. All tires are in good condition and the lights work as they should. It also has a remote-controlled electric power winch and a spare tire. All lights work and everything is in great condition and good to go!
This boat is truly in amazing condition especially for being a 25 year old boat! It is absolutely beautiful and with its deep "V" hull design it rides like a much bigger boat then it actually is. I hate to let it go but my boating needs have changed as my family is growing. THANK YOU!
