1967 CAMARO "HOT-ROD" Second Time Around!!

We initially bought and sold this car in September of 2024 to a guy who came to the conclusion that it was just not the right time in life to own a hot rod. He said he only put maybe 100 miles on it in all that time, that it just sat in his garage covered on a battery tender pretty much since he has owned it so he decided to give me a call to see if we would be interested in buying her back. Hell Yeah!!  We love buying back cars we previously owned, so we immediately struck a deal and got her back. His loss could be your gain. CHECK IT OUT!!

We initially bought this car from a one of my buddies and one of the best car builders/mechanics I know. He told me that he built this car for his granddaughter because she wanted a nasty 1st Gen Camaro to go drag racing with and cruise the boulevard in with her friends. Pretty cool, right? Well... in mid-build she told him she rather go 4-Wheeling and decided she wanted a rock crawling Jeep instead. He told me that when initially got the car it was an ex-street race car but a roller. (no motor or trans) It did have and still has a beautiful body that is super solid and clean including the floors, trunk and frame and its "Candy Brandy" base/clear paint is absolutely gorgeous! We just buffed and polished it to a deep luster and show-car shine. It also has new chrome, trim and weatherstripping too.

The standard black bucket seat interior is in "like-new" condition including the seats, carpets, door panels and headliner. It also has a 4-point roll cage and racing harness seat belts and a Hurst 1/4 stick rachet shifter. It is all very-very nice!!

Power comes from a professionally built, pump gas 406c.i.-500+ h.p. small block that was built using some of the best parts money can buy like an "Eagle" rotating assembly, "Speed Pro" pistons, titanium valves, "Comp" high lift roller cam, roller lifters and roller rockers an "Edelbrock" hi-rise aluminum intake with a "Holley" 750cfm df/dp carb . All this is ignited by an "MSD 6AL" ignition system and it breathes through big tube "Hooker Super Comp" headers and "Flowmaster" dual exhaust. It is backed up by a race prepped reverse manual valve-body TH-400 automatic transmission with a 2800 rpm stall "Streetfighter" convertor and a bullet proof 12 bolt rear with "Richmond" 3:73 gears an "Eaton" posi-unit and "Mosier" axles.

Other features include power steering, 4-wheel "Wilwood" disc brakes, ladder bars and frame ties and 15" "Weld" wheels with "Mickey Thompson" rear drag radials and "Front Runner" skinnies up front.

This car reminds me of what we had or wanted back in the day. A nasty street machine that all your friends envied, and all the street racers revered. The kind of car you can drive to the drag strip and rip off a 10 second pass as well as take you best girl out to the drive-in or the local burger joint or car show. It honestly looks, runs, rides, drives and sounds absolutely amazing! DON’T MISS IT (again)
