1969 CAMARO RALLY SPORT "RESTO-MOD"

We recently acquired this beautiful Rally Sport Resto-Mod Camaro from a longtime owner who told us that he originally bought the car when he was 14 years old after saving up his newspaper delivery money. He said he found it in a neighbor’s yard with a tree growing out of it! He didn’t care because he just bought a 69 Camaro! He must have been the coolest kid on the block!! He said that years rolled by before he began the restoration process, but inevitably he took it off the frame and after spending thousands of dollars and hundreds of labor hours he got it close enough to drive to local shows and cruise-ins. He did a really nice job and built one hell of a nice car however he never got around to the final details that takes these cars over the top and to the finish line!  He contacted us looking for a shop to finish the car and sort out its much-needed issues but decided to just sell us the car instead, I suppose he realized it is not cheap or as easy as it may look to get these cars to that final finish line. Once in our shop we gave it the love and money it deserved and did what was needed to sort out and finish this beautiful Camaro. CHECK IT OUT!!

The body is very straight, very solid and extremely clean including the floors, trunk and frame. There was a few panels that were replaced but all appear to have been professionally installed, fitted and finished. (better to be metal then mud) The "Torch Red" base/clear it is super slick and smooth with a deep luster and show car shine. We just compounded and polished it and added a 1-year ceramic coating to protect the shine. It also has all new chrome, trim and weather stripping and glass too.

The Deluxe Comfort-weave interior is also all new and looks amazing including the seats, carpets, door panels, headliner and dash. It also has a factory center console with functional gauge package and an in-dash tach. It is all VERY-VERY NICE!!

This beautiful Camaro not only looks good she runs even better! It is powered by a wicked sounding, hard hitting 383 c.i. 400+ h.p. aluminum head small block engine that we just had professionally rebuilt by our machine shop "Mach Racing Engines". We cut no corners and spared no dollars using the best of the best internals in the process like a Scat crank, H-Beam rods, Speed Pro pistons, Dart aluminum heads and a hydraulic roller cam. We didn’t stop there because we topped it off with "Holley Sniper Fuel Injection" for smooth starts and quick throttle response. It also has an "MSD" ignition system and big tube headers flowing into a "Pypes" custom dual exhaust system and all of this is backed up with a new "Tremec" 5-speed manual transmission and a 12 bolt posi-traction rear with 3:73 gears. This Camaro is totally "Bad-Ass" and makes for some serious ground pounding performance and a whole lot of fun to drive.

This beautiful Resto-Mod Camaro is also loaded with some awesome features and options including all new "Detroit Speed" power rack-n-pinion steering with tubular control arms, tilt steering, new 4-wheel "CPP" power disc brakes, electric hide-a-way headlights, power windows, B-Cool aluminum radiator, new 17" chrome Rambler wheels wrapped in new Nitto 555 tires, Retro-Sound stereo and a whole lot more! 

This car is a big dollar build that is absolutely beautiful and runs and drives incredibly well! DON’T MISS IT!!
