Incredibly, we just got back this beautiful 1970 Chevelle Super Sport that we restored and built a few years for a very good longtime customer and now friend. We never expected to get the opportunity to get this one back because it was specifically built to the exact specs of a car he had and loved from back in his day. However, life sometimes seems to get in the way, so we do what we have to do and the toys that are always the first to go! His loss could be your gain! CHECK IT OUT!!

We initially bought this car in 2019 from a local guy who had recently retired and decided to move south. This Chevelle (we were told it was a real SS but no build-sheet or original engine) was his longtime "Frame-Off" project that he got pretty far with as well as accumulated a ton of parts for but unfortunately, he couldn’t take it with him to his new home so he contacted us to see if we would be interested in purchasing it. Once we saw the car and how far he got with it and all the parts he had accumulated for it we immediately struck a deal and bought the car. It was pretty much all together and it did run (we drove it onto the rollback) The body was obviously back on the frame and all the metal work (floors, trunk,1/4’s) was already done but it was in need of proper fitting, blocking and finishing as well as paint and total assembly.
Funny thing is that my friend who we sold it to, saw us driving back to the shop with it on the rollback and he followed us to the shop. He told us that he had a 70 Chevelle SS454  back in the day and always wanted another one so if we could finish it for him exactly like he remembered he would give us a deposit and buy the car.  We struck up a deal and went to work! 
This car is all new! New body, new Cortez Silver paint, new black bucket seat with factory console interior, new chrome, new trim and new weather stripping and new glass, new lights and lenses, all new steering and suspension, new fuel and brake systems (front disc-rear drum) and new wiring throughout. The engine is a rebuilt aluminum head 454 Big Block that runs super strong and sounds awesome! It is backed up by a rebuilt Muncie 4 speed transmission with a Hurst Super Competition Plus shifter and a rebuilt 12 bolt posi rear with 3:55 gears. Other features include cold Vintage air conditioning, power steering, power brakes, functional Cowl induction hood, F41 suspension, new Flowmaster dual exhaust, Retro-Sound stereo, new 15" SS 5 spoke wheels wrapped in new B.F.G. tires and lots-lots more!! This car has been lovingly driven and pampered (stored in a climate-controlled garage and covered) about 900 miles since being completed in the spring of 2021. It was recently treated to a full professional detail including a 1-year ceramic coating! It truly runs, rides and drives every bit as nice as it looks!! DON’T MISS IT!!!
