1970 NOVA "PRO-STREET"
We recently purchased this beautiful and very well done 1969 Nova "PRO-STREET" from a life-long "Car Guy" and "Gear Head" who purchased a nasty Blown 1969 Camaro Pro-Street from us earlier this year. He told us that he had this "Bad-Ass" Nova Pro-Street and that he might want to sell it sometime in the near future. Well... he recently gave us a call and we struck up a deal and bought it. This car is very nice so CHECK IT OUT!!!
The body is super straight, solid and clean and is all metal including the 4" steel cowl hood and the floors, frame, trunk are also very solid and clean as well as the back that looks to have been half professionally installed. It was painted in base/clear "Dark Green Metallic" that is absolutely gorgeous! Slick and smooth with a show car shine! We just professionally compounded and polished it and added a 5-year ceramic coating that will protect that shine for years to come. It also has all new chrome, trim, weather stripping and glass too.
The interior is also in "like-new" condition including the factory original high-back bucket seats, the headliner, door panels and dash pad and It even though she is fully tubbed-out it still has a full back seat.(pretty cool) It also has a 10-point roll-cage but the side bars were installed low enough that makes it pretty easy getting in & out. It also has a new "Dakota Digital VHX" instrument cluster that is fully functional.
Power comes from a super healthy sounding and super strong running aluminum head 468 c.i. big block engine that has to be putting out well over 550h.p. and all off pump gas! We were told it was rebuilt using all high dollar internals including GM steel crank, H-beam rods w/ forged pistons, hydraulic roller cam w/ roller rockers and topped off with a Team G intake and Holley 850 df/dp carb. It also has an MSD ignition system and big tube headers. It is backed up by a race prepped TH-400 automatic transmission with RMVB and a 3000 stall convertor and a pro-built 9" Ford rear with street friendly 3:73 gears and Strange axles.
Other features include cold "Vintage" Air Conditioning, "March Performance" Serpentine Pulley system, Power Steering, Disc Brakes (front only) Tubular Upper & Lower Control Arms, "QA-1" Adjustable Coil-over Shocks front & rear, Weld Wheels wrapped in Mickey Thompson S/R Radial tires, Flowmaster Exhaust, huge "Afco" Aluminum Radiator, Kenwood CD Stereo and so much more !!
This is a very well done "HIGH-END" Pro-Street Nova that was built to be user and street friendly. It is a multi-award winner at many local and long distance shows and was driven to each one of them. It runs and drives just as nice as it looks and believe me it looks absolutely AWESOME!! DON’T MISS IT !!!
